Shipping policy

For handmade jewelry please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, as some of our pieces are made to order. For prints please allow 3-9 business days, as most prints are made to order. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible.

Please understand that if the item is not ‘in stock’ at time of purchase, or our site didn’t correctly show availability of products, we will still get the item out to you as soon as possible. If this error ever occurs, we hope you understand we aren’t perfect, and that we will work to remedy it.

We do not offer local delivery services. However, if you are local, please reach out to us and we may be able to accommodate as we also sell at local markets and events.

Prices of shipping vary based on location, size and number of products purchased. Please check shipping prices when checking out, adding the shipping address and products desired.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If you have entered the incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

We ship MHD Creates products domestically in the USA, and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live around the bend from us in Pennsylvania, you’ll likely receive it quicker than if you live in Hawaii. International shipping is longer, but we will reach out to you with the details on when it shipped and any tracking information.

Personalized (custom) orders may take 2-8 weeks to create and deliver, as they are not made to order. But we will communicate with you via the email added at checkout, about the timeline for the custom purchase.
